Equipped for adventure, you'll start with a 45-minute hike across the clear, green Caves Branch River, guided by a rope to ensure you stay on track, with water typically reaching waist-deep. After crossing the river, your journey continues upstream on a jungle trail, where your guide will highlight the local wildlife and plant life. Following a safety briefing, you'll navigate through caverns, alternating between darkness and areas open to sunlight and the jungle canopy. Along the way, your guide will show you Maya artifacts hidden in the cave crevices
