Spice Farm Experiences

One of the country's most popular tours is the visit to the Spice Farm and Botanical Garden of Belize. Situated in the predominantly rural district of Toledo in southern Belize, this is an enclave spanning over 500 acres where you can explore an incredible variety of orchards, spice gardens, and flower gardens.

The scent of spices like black pepper, vanilla, cardamom, allspice, and nutmeg fills the air. Belize Spice Farm is the only place in the country that cultivates these spices, along with rare and exotic trees such as mahogany, teak, and rosewood, which are endangered in many countries.

The orchard grows a wide variety of tropical, exotic, and Indian fruits. Experience the aromas and flavors of Surinam cherry, lychee, star apple, avocado, tropical blackberry, and tamarind.
