Join us on an unforgettable adventure as we dive with the largest fish in the sea—whale sharks! Every year, during the full moons of March, April, May, and June, these gentle giants gather at Belize’s Gladden Spit Marine Reserve. Snorkelers and divers alike can witness this incredible sight while exploring one of the world’s most unique dive spots.

Despite their size, whale sharks are harmless and even playful. You can safely swim alongside them as they feed on snapper eggs during their annual visit. Gladden Spit is one of the few places where you can experience this magical encounter, surrounded by schools of spawning fish.

Pioneered by Brian Young Sr. of Seahorse Dive Shop, these expeditions have become a must-do for any diving enthusiast. And even if you don’t spot a whale shark, the dive is still unforgettable, with possible sightings of dolphins, reef sharks, and vibrant schools of fish.

When to Visit? Plan your trip around the full moon in March, April, May, or June for the best chance to swim with these majestic creatures, with April and May offering peak opportunities.

Team anywhere was a huge help in planning this which was a first trip for my husband and I in many many years Valeria did a great job of capturing our interests and booking accommodations in Belize that suited us so well When it came to our actual trip we had complications with weather delays causing missed flights and Jenniffer was fantastic on the ground dealing with all the cancellations required and rebooking of several excursions. She was responsive throughout our time in Belize and nothing was too much effort to make this the best trip possible for us. We so appreciate it all the help and had such a memorable holiday.

Carolina was very helpful and was able to adjust to different conditions that any trip presents - from weather changes to problems with accommodations, etc.... we're looking at another trip next December to Belize and our first choice will be to use Anywhere and Carolina again!

All of the pickups were on time and very professional
All of the pickups were on time and very professional. All of the activities were excellent, especially the rafting, horseback riding, and zip lining. The Crocodile and Eco tour would have been better if the guide explained more to us, and did not talk to the boat driver most of the time. The walk through Manuel Antonio park was beautiful and very interesting, but the walk back from the beach was difficult; we were quite tired and would have liked to be able to arrange for a ride back. Thanks to Braunny for all of his excellent arrangements; we would certainly recommend Anywhere, and use your service again.
