Arenal History Inn offers 10 cozy guest bungalows just outside of Arenal Volcano National Park. These bungalows have great views of the park and allow you to immerse yourself in the beautiful landscape for the duration of your stay.

It’s just a mile (2 km) away from downtown Arenal, which has a ton of restaurants and shops that cater to visitors. While you’re here, you’ll be just a few minutes’ drive from the soothing mineral waters of Baldi Hot Springs, where you can take a dip in geothermal pools and choose from a selection of spa treatments. Arenal is best known for its nature walks through tropical forests and cooled lava flows — go with a guide so you can spot some of the wildlife that blends into the scenery.

Each bungalow has its own private terrace with a view of the Arenal Volcano. These bungalows are spaced out so you feel like you have a little bit of the grounds to yourself. Inside, the furnishings emphasize rustic comfort. With a larger bunglow, your accommodations will also come with a small dining area.

Bungalows are all air-conditioned and have private bathrooms. You can store cold drinks in the refrigerator. During your downtime, make use of the cable TV and Wi-Fi. Don’t sweat finding a laundromat — Arenal History Inn has its own laundry service.
