The 4 in 1 Arenal Combo Tour is an all day, all inclusive outing, will introduce you to the best Arenal has to offer. This version of the popular combo tour includes a guided Hanging Bridges nature walk, a visit to the La Fortuna waterfall, a guided tour to the Arenal Volcano National Park, and finally a relaxing evening at Eco Termales hot springs.
Hanging Bridges Embark on an exciting journey through the rainforest on a well-designed trail featuring both paths and hanging bridges. This 3 km route offers unique perspectives of the jungle: explore the forest floor on the trails and experience the treetop canopy while walking across suspension bridges. Along the way, a knowledgeable guide will highlight the diverse flora and fauna of the region, enriching your adventure with fascinating insights into the ecosystem.
La Fortuna Waterfall This destination is a must-see when visiting Arenal. The combination of lush vegetation, crystal-clear water, and the stunning 229-foot (65-meter) waterfall creates a truly breathtaking scene. Be sure to bring your swimsuit, as this is a fantastic opportunity to swim in refreshing natural waters.
To reach the pool beneath the falls, you'll descend a trail with 498 steps. The climb back up typically takes between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on your fitness level. It’s a rewarding experience well worth the effort, offering both natural beauty and a refreshing swim.
Volcano Hike Doing a hike should definitely be on your must-do list while in the area. Known for its iconic cone shape, Arenal Volcano has been an active volcano for decades, though it is currently in a resting phase with only occasional smoke visible from its peak. This makes it an excellent time to explore the park and learn about its history from a knowledgeable local guide.
A walk around the base of the volcano offers stunning views and the chance to see ancient lava flows up close. The tour is family-friendly and suitable for visitors of all ages, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.
