The Peace Lodge at La Paz Waterfall

The unique and magical Peace lodge is located on the grounds of the La Paz Waterfall Gardens in Heredia. In possibly one of the finest natural masterpieces, guests can expect to find themselves in a magical world, surrounded by cascading waterfalls and pristine rainforests.

Starting in the lobby you'll find masterfully crafted and shaped wood beams and hand laid hardwood floors accented with river stone and slate. The lodge sits on the grounds of La Paz Waterfall Gardens, where you will find yourself completely enveloped in a tropical paradise of flowers, lush vegetation, butterflies, rivers, and birds.

All guests have unlimited access to the La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park, which includes the butterfly observatory, serpentarium, ranarium, and much more. A full menu breakfast is available every morning as well as delicious buffet meal served up with a view of the river valley and Poas Volcano. Come to the Big Trout Bar to have lunch and some cocktails on the deck with a view.
