Early Bird Watching Tour

This tour may have you starting your day bright and early, but you won't have any difficulty getting out of bed. When everyone else is listening to the sound of birds from bed, you'll be watching them within the Costa Rican jungle. Led by a naturalist guide, you'll learn all about tropical birds and their native environment. Even better? Your guide and a field handbook will help you find and identify these colourful creatures, so you can expect to have some success even if it's your first time birding!

See the 'Squirrel Cuckoo,' with its sanguine colour and impressive tail feathers. Behold the 'Crested Caracara' — a curious black and white bird that is known for its hawk-like appearance, despite being a tropical falcon. The 'Cattle Egret' is a pale and lithe bird with a long orange beak, whilst the 'Laughing Falcon' is a stout black and white bird with an almost raccoon-like mask and striped tail.
