Yoga for Relaxation
These classes focus on meditation and passive poses. You’ll use helpful straps and blocks to ensure that you spend the entire 3- to 10-minute poses reaping their restorative benefits. This is ideal for people who are sore from activities or who simply want to focus on living in the moment.
Vinyasa
If you’ve ever tried Vinyasa yoga before, you know how much it both challenges and relaxes participants. Your instructor will help you focus on balance as well as a solid mind-body alignment. This class is designed for yogis of all levels to participate, but your instructor can also demonstrate variations for intermediate to advanced practice.
Hatha
Hatha yoga focuses on breathing, and your instructor will guide you in a series of poses that increase spinal flexibility. Get ready to stretch your whole body with forward and backward bends. This class is especially recommended for beginners.
