The Los Sueños Resort is located along Playa Herradura, a small beach that’s set some 3.5 miles (6 km) north of Jacó. The resort is composed of a lavish rental home and eight luxurious condominiums. All accommodations are spacious (generally around 2,500 or more sq ft) and beautifully appointed with a tropical neocolonial design.

As its name implies, Los Sueños is a dreamlike place – tropical rainforests melt into the hotel property, where guests can saunter between gorgeous condominiums and the nearby coastline. The condos and rental house are spread out across the bay, providing guests with easy beach access and unbeatable views of the Pacific Ocean.

The Deluxe condominiums are near the golf course, some are close to the marina and the resort's amenities while others are further away. They are between 750-2,200 sq ft and feature the traditional charms and modern amenities that Los Sueños is known for. These condos have 1-3 bedrooms.

The Premium condos are spacious (3,100 sq ft) and elegant, with Italian ceramic flooring, vaulted vestibule ceilings, and expansive terraces that overlook Herradura Bay. Each of the 3 bedrooms has an attached bathroom, and some of the larger units have a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Designer kitchens open onto a living and dining area that is perfect for entertaining.

Set on a forested hillside that offers unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean, the Superior condos are some of the property’s finest accommodations. These 3,100 sq ft residences feature clay-tiled roofs, wrought iron detailing, and exposed wood accents. They have 3 bedrooms and are within easy walking distance of the water.

The Villa is a four bedroom 5,300 square foot private retreat, it has it’s own private pool, jacuzzi, grilling area and spacious patio. It is perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Casa Tropical is an incredible 5,000 square foot, six bedroom home that is perfect for families or large groups. This private retreat was built and staffed specifically for entertaining and caters to every type of group. Casa Tropical is an ideal setting for casual dining, entertaining and relaxing.

Casa Big Game offers 5 bedrooms, each one equipped with luxurious furnishings and large beautifully appointed bathrooms, creating a sense of spacious luxury.When guests step out onto the inviting patio and deck they will enjoy breathtaking views of the lush rain forest and La Iguana Golf Course. The house is in a quiet and secluded location but with close access to the Resort's amenities.
