Set in the South Pacific region, Danta Corcovado Lodge is a family-run farm with lodging options on the Osa Peninsula. Danta Corcovado Lodge offers creatively designed accommodations in a rainforest setting 8 km from Corcovado National Park and with close proximity to the Guaymi Indigenous Reserve.
The lodge and bungalows are built with a unique touch on 30 hectares of land. Lodge rooms include teak floors, twisting branch windows and headboards, and other original characteristics. The bungalows, made of Melina and bamboo, are located away from the main lodge for a private feel in a rainforest environment. Explore on-site trails with some of the same biodiversity that makes the nearby park a special place to visit.
Supporting the growth of local businesses, sustainable community development, and participating in the conservation of rainforest land are essential goals for the Danta Corcovado Lodge business. The farm, run entirely by locals, purchases homemade bread, dairy products, and fruits and vegetables and builds trails to help out farmers and protect the environment. Artisans, nature guides, and other community members are also supported.
The Corcovado National Park region is a haven for visitors to experience a large expanse of biologically diverse territory and learn first hand about Guaymi Indigenous culture.
