Hotel Guachipelin

Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin is located at the foot of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano, in the northwestern region of Guanacaste. The hacienda borders the popular Rincon de la Vieja National Park. Natural hot springs, virgin forests, jungle waterfalls and volcanic mud pots are just some of the many attractions tourists can enjoy during a stay at the hacienda.

For the adventurer, there are many activities in the area such as horseback riding, the Canyon canopy tour, Rio Negro Tubing Adventure, bird watching, and trekking to the active craters of the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano.

Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin is truly an eco-tourism lodge for adventure travelers and nature lovers. The hotel is surrounded by lush gardens with native trees, exotic flowers and many types of birds. From the hotel you'll find views of both the Rincon de la Vieja Volcano and the Pacific Ocean. The property is comprised of 1,600 hectares of land, most of which is reserved. The property owners also raise cattle and horses on-site.
