It is famous for the whales that congregate just off the coast of the park’s Uvita Beach. Sea turtles also migrate to this area between May and November to lay their eggs. You can sign up to go on whale and dolphin-watching cruises that leave from Marino Ballena. At low tide, Uvita Beach is a beautiful location for a long walk.
The hotel’s communal, covered deck is a great space for events or visiting alone to do some yoga. There is also a pristine pool on the grounds of the hotel. These communal areas are surrounded with bright tropical flowers, and trees filled with bats and monkeys.
