A Real Taste of Costa Rica
We wanted to take the kids to Costa Rica to appreciate the ecotourism. Monteverde region blew us away with the Twilight Walk, Children's Eternal Rainforest and the cabins and greenhouse at Los Pinos, including the cabins designed to profit from natural light in the washrooms. The butterfly garden tour in Monteverde was my father's favourite of the many tours that we took and my children appreciated the coffee tour in Arenal for the hot chocolate that we made and for Gustavo's enthusiasm and interaction with the kids. Exposure to the nature was one thing but seeing how the society embraces nature for conservation was truly impressive.

Costa Rica has really got itself well organised for tourism, the service was spot on, the travel timing accurate ( although some of the roads were really poor, pot holed). Hotels and activities are really geared for tourists and they made us feel welcome.

A Coast to Coast Family Adventure
Our trip went very smoothly with all of our pick ups on time. The hotels, destinations and tours recommended by Roy Soto, our tour organiser were all of an excellent standard. For future reference, a lot of our trips were very early so we often missed breakfast at our hotels. It may be useful for fellow travelers to have a list of local cafes/hotels in each location that open early for breakfast. All in all our trip was very enjoyable, the scenery is suberb, the beaches beautiful and unspoiled, the wildlife abundant and incredibly diverse, and the people of Costa Rica are friendly and very hospitable. I would recommend a trip to Costa Rica for an unforgettable experience and I'd recommend Anywhere as a fantastic way to organise the trip of a lifetime, tailored specifically for you.

We decided upon Costa Rica for several reasons. We did not want a poolside vacation created by some large developer, so Costa Rica seemed the right blend of adventure, unknown and exotic. Further it seemed like a great way to completely "unplug" my 16 year old from the PS4. Big appreciation to Lester for his patience and follow through. In short we had a great family experience, my wife and son loved it - so did I. A word about Costa Rica - wonderful place. Very friendly and genuinely nice people. Over the years I have traveled a lot, closer to home visiting a number of Caribbean Island and Hawaii. I rate Costa Rica at the top of list for warm tropical experiences. We utilized Anywhere Costa Rica for last week's first time visit to Costa Rica. I would be very comfortable recommending this tour company. Katia took our budget in mind for our family of six and arranged everything. San Jose airport transfer to Arenal and then to Monteverde, five different tours and two hotels. All transfer drivers to tours and airports were professional and always right on time!

We just returned to Canada after two weeks in Costa Rica. What a trip and I fully credit the success to Tracy and Anywhere Costa Rica. Tracy was absolutely fantastic. Tracy had to change some of our hotels because we had five people and she did it quickly and gave us great advice.
