Casa Tamara is a friendly and accommodating hostel where you will meet many people and see the most interesting aspects of Holguín.

Casa Tamara is a brightly colored house that welcomes you from the second you lay your eyes on it. The pink and white fence creates a charming patio area before you cross over the threshold. Inside there are three bedrooms painted in a bright but pleasing green. Two of the bedrooms contain three beds and the last is a double. This hostel is perfect for friends traveling in groups looking to meet more like minded explorers. Each of the rooms has their own bathroom to create a little more privacy for the guests.

The house is decorated in a combination of traditional Cuban dark wooden furniture with a few modern touches. The floors reflect the traditional Cuban style of alternating yellow and white tiles. The kitchen, laundry facilities and television are available for guest use. Breakfast, with lots of tropical fruit, is included for your convenience.

The house is located in the city center so you can easily walk to the places of interested in Holguín. Local music can be heard nearby at the venues that surround the main square. This is a great last stop before returning to Casa Tamara for a good night’s sleep.
