Vedado Home was built in 1920. This lovely home has a neoclassical exterior with colorful art deco decorations.
Havana’s neighborhood of Vedado has a lot of character, and you’ll see a lot of interesting architecture nearby. Not far from this casa you’ll find Hotel Presidente, which offers a public Wi-Fi signal. While you’re in Vedado you should make a visit to the grassy Plaza de la Revolución, and the José Martí museum. Go to the Malecón boardwalk to visit bars and cafés — many of these often host live music.
This house has high ceilings and furnishings that evoke colonial grandeur. The sitting room opens up onto a large terrace that overlooks the street. Rooms come equipped with safety deposit boxes and TVs, and you can help yourself to the minibar. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom with hot and cold water.
Your hostess will happily provide any information you need about the surrounding area. You’ll share this space with your host family family, but your room is completely independent.
