Your trip lasts about three hours and covers 8.6 miles (14 km) of river that includes Class II and Class III rapids. Class III rapids can be quite challenging for beginner rafters, so keep your experience level in mind. The amount of time that the tour lasts can vary on the water levels.
This trip takes place on the Ocosito River, which is in Retalhuleu. Rafting season lasts from late June to early October.
First, you'll fill up on breakfast at Club Las Palmeras. Then group can change and your guide will review the gear and safety protocol.
