Ubud Aura puts you a short distance from some of the city’s most exciting attractions, including yoga studios and spas. While you’re here, you can plan to try a little bit everything – check out cultural sites, nature walks, and some of the many beautiful Hindu temples that Bali is known for.
Ubud Aura is just a short distance from the Sacred Monkey Forest, one of the most famous spots to see wildlife within the Ubud city limits. For more nature, you can venture to some of the famous paths through rice terraces to the north, through the Campuhan Ridge and the Tegalalang Rice terraces. Just south of the hotel, you can visit museums like Agung Rai, which showcases traditional works of art as well as more contemporary Indonesian artists.
There’s a pleasant dining area next to the pool. This is where you’ll find the daily breakfast buffet. You can arrange to have lunch and dinner catered here, but make sure to plan in advance. It’s easy to walk from the resort to a huge variety of other restaurants.
Ubud Aura has a spa — like many of the spas in Bali, it offers elaborate treatments that are designed to stimulate all of your senses. Many of the treatments focus on your lymphatic system and aim to improve your overall health. The spa also offers poolside foot massages. There’s an on-site yoga studio with mats. If you want, you and your group can arrange to have a yoga instructor meet you here.
All of the rooms come with minibars as well as coffee and tea making equipment. There’s an international direct dial telephone as well as a satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Rooms all have air conditioning. Ensuite bathrooms come with hair dryers.
