This hotel is in the colonial center of Piura, and it’s just a block north of the Plaza de Armas. It’s also just a short drive from the airport. You’ll be surrounded by old world charm, with high ceilings, upscale, colonial-inspired furnishings, and works of art on loan from the Pedro de Osma Museum.
Piura is a charming, small town in Peru’s northern desert. This is a simple town, and doesn’t have any major visitor attractions, giving you the chance to experience Peruvian culture. There’s an archeological site right outside of town called Huaca Narihualá, where you’ll see two pyramids perched on top of enormous platforms. This was left behind by the Tallán people. If you want to learn more about pre-Inca culture, there’s a small museum called Museo Municipal Vicus.
There’s a spacious outdoor courtyard with a large swimming pool and a poolside bar – enjoy a welcome drink on one of the loungers. The courtyard also has a fountain that looks especially attractive lit up at night. If you’re looking for more exercise besides swimming laps in the pool, you can also visit the fitness center.
The restaurant serves a nice selection of international dishes and regional favorites. You can also help yourself to the breakfast buffet. Visit the spacious indooe bar and lounge for a nice cocktail and maybe a round of karaoke. Travelers can also take time in the business center and book time in the conference rooms.
This is a renovated property, and all of the rooms offer everything you would expect in a contemporary hotel, like air conditioning, a minibar, and a flatscreen TV. There are only 8 rooms, making the hotel’s facilities feel exceptionally roomy. Each room also has a private bathroom. They also have safety deposit boxes. You can have the staff take care of your laundry and dry cleaning.
