This tour allows you to experience the tropical environment of Heredia, Costa Rica, as well as the bright, rich flavors of its native coffee beans. Café Britt coffee farm is a gourmet coffee farm that strives to offer the finest possible Costa Rican coffee.

Your tour will begin with a guided walk through the trails on the estate, past scenic waterfalls and through a lush tropical forest. This part of the property is categorized as a cloud forest – a humid environment that’s usually foggy, especially toward the canopy. You can go for a zip-line ride through the canopy, thanks to the 13 platforms and 8 cables for zip lining.

After your ride through the trees you’ll tour the coffee plantation. Your tour guide will explain how Costa Rica’s environment makes Britt coffee special. You’ll get to see how a bean gets harvested and then roasted.

All of the coffee aromas will leave you hungry. You can get a perfect cup of coffee at the café, and then visit the café shop where you can buy chocolates and coffee-flavored sweets. Then you can head to the buffet lunch at the on-site Don Próspero restaurant, where you’ll get to try even more local produce.
