Damas Island is just off the coast of Manual Antonio National Park, and mangrove forest lines Damas Island's coast. For this tour you will board a high-tech motorboat and glide past mangroves, and eventually reach a good place to go fishing.

In the mangroves you have the chance to see white-faced monkeys and sloths. The mangrove forest is also a hub for bird activity. Once you’ve explored the mangroves and the nearby estuary, your sport fishing adventure will begin. In this area you can expect to catch snooks, roosters, corvinas, mackerel, red snapper, and black snapper. Your guide will introduce you to the local art of fishing with a yoyo.

During the trip your guide will prepare the live bait and help you with your equipment. Your guide will also provide you with snacks and beverages so you can keep your focus on reeling in your catch.
