Mekong Lodge 2 Days 1 Night from Ho Chi Minh

This two day tour offers you a striking opportunity to capture an essence of Mekong Delta: its verdant landscape, friendly people and fantastic cuisine. It is ideal for those with limited time.

Day 1: Check in Mekong Lodge (Lunch, Dinner)

-Depart from Ho Chi Minh city to Cai Be by SHUTTLE BUS: approx. 120km).

-Arrive Cai Be, greeting at Cai Be harbor and boat trip transfer to Mekong Lodge.

-Check-in bungalows.

-Daily lunch is served in the nice restaurant with the Vietnamese day-menu.

-From 14h30pm: bike trip to Tan Phong island: visit some local handicraft: handmade banana leaves hammock, thatched from water coconut leaves, daily house products being made from water hyacinth, free fruit tasting & Vietnamese folk music. Then take small rowing boat to small canal (approx 30’).

-Cooking demonstration in the evening & dinner in restaurant.

-Riverside Bar are open until mid-night

Day 2: Check out Mekong Lodge (Breakfast)

-07:00 – 08:00am: breakfast in the restaurant.

-From 08:00am: boat trip to Cai Be market, visit handicraft villages, then transferred to Mekong Lodge.

-11:30am: clear bill and check out.

-12:00pm: boat trip transfer to Cai Be harbor. back to Ho Chi Minh by SHUTTLE BUS

Mekong Lodge accommodation with private bungalows and air-conditionning, 3 meals per night (1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner), boat trip two ways with visit to the floating market + visit the handicraft village, all the activities mentioned in the program, round trip shuttle bus.
