Bali is a vegetarian’s delight. Both local warungs and Western-style restaurants have a wide variety of vegetarian options. You can find delicious fresh tropical fruits and organic vegetables are easily found. Ubud, in particular, has a great selection of high-end vegetarian and vegan establishments.
Local dishes such as nasi campur and nasi goreng are served vegetarian style at most warungs, and there are plenty of fruit stands, juice bars, and health food stores with cafes to choose from around the island.
