08:30 A.M.
Ecotour Staff will pick you up from your hotel in Hue Center City and take you to your tour’s check-in point. You will then check your bicycle, warm-up, and begin the first leg of your adventures.

08:45 A.M.
You will bicycle to Thanh Toan Village — home of the famous “Thanh Toan Tiled Roof Bridge.” Built over two centuries again, this bridge continues to be lovingly cared for by local villagers. As you make your way tot the bridge, you’ll pass by the hustle and bustle of the morning market, emerald green rice fields, gracious family temples, and observe daily life as you zigzag your way through town.

09:30 A.M.
Arrive at Thanh Toan Eco Home for a rest break and welcome beverage. You will then walk and bike along a canal; meet the friendly farmers of the local market,;cross the incredible Thanh Toan Tile Roof Bridge; and visit the Thanh Toan Museum, where you will learn about Vietnames life, culture, and agricultural tools.

10:15 A.M.
Time to hit the water and work your arms as you help a villager row a boat along the Nhu Y River. Enjoy taking the scenic route before you learn why traditional methods such as fishing traps, net casting, and more are still the tools of the trade. Then, try your hand at catching your own fish alongside the pros.

11:15 A.M.
Return to the Eco Home where farmers will teach you about the cultivation of vegetables including fiber melon, gourd, Malabar spinach, and morning glory. Then you will participate in farming activities with them.

11:45 A.M.
Time to pair your fishing and agricultural skills with a cooking class. Learn the traditional ways of preparing three of Hue’s most beloved specialities. Make sure you cook these dishes with care, because you will be enjoying them (and additional dishes) for lunch.

14:30 P.M.
Enjoy one more bicycle ride through this tranquil land as you make your way back to Hue, officially ending your Thanh Toan Village excursion.
